Can't Live Without It: Shark steamer

Confession: I can count on one hand how many times I have used an iron. #housewifefail

To be honest, wrinkles just really don't bother me. But my husband, he'd rather die than have a single wrinkle in his shirt. When we were dating I didn't feel the need to iron his clothes for him. But when we got married, I felt like it was something I should do every now and then at least. Panic mode! Solution: Shark steamer.

We registered for this steamer for a wedding gift and I am SO glad we did. We have used the heck out of it! It heats up in just a few minutes and is so quick and easy to use. Plug it in, fill the top with water, hold the black button down, and steam away.

It came with a "press pad" that you put over a door to hang the clothes on for easy steaming. You can hang a clothes hanger on the press pad or use the velcro clips to clip the clothing item directly to the pad.

Use the velcro clips to clip the dress directly to the pad




This steamer has made life SO much easier! I actually enjoy getting wrinkles out of clothes now. Aaaand I never see husband dragging the ironing board out anymore ;)

    I think I need that, my husband and I have a shark vacuum and love it! I can't say enough about the vacuum.

    That is amazing! I have a regular steamer but I can't tell you how many times I've burnt myself using it. I like that this one has a mat behind it! Super Cool!

    This is legit! We use the steamer function on our dryer but I don't always have twenty minutes to wait. I think you just sold me on this!

    This looks so easy!! Confession: I registered for a steamer for our wedding and have yet to use it. It has been almost three years!! Yikes. Now I really want to try it!

    Definitely gonna register for one of these too- I iron Ryan's stuff every now and then and absolutely LOATHE it. A steamer would be amazing :)

    Ok. I'm totally sold. I don't iron (it's genetic). I don't get to the dry cleaners (because when I do, it's expensive.... because I don't go.) And this? This looks like it's an amazing answer to both problems.

      I die inside every time I take clothes to the dry cleaners. This has definitely cut down on the money we are spending there!!

    Well, this is legit. I bought a hand steamer for my wedding dress, and I love it. However, it's starting to get worn. This is my next investment. Also, I'm with you on not ironing--doesn't bother me at all to have wrinkles! :) xo

    I can't live or travel without my steamer, too! Although yours looked more compact and lightweight than mine. These handy tools are truly heaven-sent aren't they?
