You guys already know how much I love a crockpot meal. Our Nana makes these meatballs all the time and I had no idea how simple they were until recently. There are only 3 ingredients! Put the meatballs over rice or mashed potatoes, add a veggie and you have a delicious, super easy meal.
Nana's 3 Ingredient Crockpot Meatballs
Ingredients:
-2 lbs lean ground beef
-1 can cream of chicken soup
-1 packet Lipton onion recipe soup and dip mix
Directions:
-Form the meat into meat balls. I make mine about the size of golf balls.
-Brown meatballs on each side in olive oil
-Put meatballs in crockpot and add cream of chicken soup, 1 packet of onion dip mix and 1 can of water
-Cook on low about 5-6 hours
Good food doesn't always look pretty ;)
