Every year I am closer and closer to switching over to the one-piece side. I told my husband that I cannot wait to be pregnant so that I have an excuse to wear one-pieces. This is true. He was less than thrilled. However, I honestly think that the right one-piece is so much more flattering and sexy than any two-piece. I don't think I will be making the plunge this summer, but here is what I have my eyes on for next summer:

I like one-pieces even though I don't wish to be pregnant. Bikini parts often move around and make me feel self-conscious. It's easier to just put on a one-piece and not worry.
ReplyDeleteI would absolutely wear a one piece now if I found one that worked for me. Love that orange one you picked out!
ReplyDeleteI've never really tried them on and I'm scared they won't fit because I have a really long torso. Who knows! Going to try some on eventually ;)
DeleteI love that Trina Turk one piece and both of those adorable ruffle one pieces!!! My hubby is not a fan of the one-piece either even though I think they make plenty of cute and sexy one pieces these days!
ReplyDeleteYes! I LOVE seeing a preggo or cute momma in a gorgeous one-piece. Hubs will have to get over it ;)
DeleteI haven't put on a one-piece since my Speedo when I was a kid. The ones you picked are super cute, I just feel like I'm too short to wear one of those lol. And I would say keep wearing the bikinis while you're young. You have forever to wear one-pieces!!
ReplyDeleteYea I kindof agree, and my husband does too haha. They probably won't fit anyways because I have a really long torso. But! but! I want babies in the semi-near future which means no more two-pieces
Deletek seriously all of these are killing me. I love them! that mint ruffle one has my name all over it! I have a mix of 1 piece and bikinis so I can kind of switch it up :)

yes! I want them all! never even tried one on but I just love seeing them on other ladies! and I want babies which means no more one-pieces ;)
DeleteYou've got some cute choices! I look so awk in 1 pieces (super tall with big hips has always been a disaster in the 1 piece dept lol) Definitely trying to hold out until I'm pregnant/a mom but they're becoming more prevalent which is nice!
ReplyDeleteI've never actually tried them on so I'm worried they will look terrible on me!! Might be trying them for next summer though :)
DeleteWhat makes you think that only pregnant women can wear one-pieces? This is absolutely stupid and ridiculous. Lots of women wear them, pregnant or not. You don't need to be pregnant. And what kind of husband is "less than thrilled" about seeing you in a particular type of swimsuit? This is extremely disturbing.
