Weekending: Disney on Ice!

Monday, December 12, 2016

How is there only 1 more weekend until Christmas?! That is crazy! We are packing in so much every weekend which leaves me happy but oh so tired. Friday night my in-laws came to town to celebrate Garrett's birthday. We went to a new upscale Mexican restaurant and it was pretty yummy!

Saturday I was up early to head to Raleigh with my sisters, mom and niece for Disney on Ice! We made a day of it and it was so much fun seeing Ella James get so excited. Spent about $1 million on snow cones and light up toys but it was worth it! I got home around dinner time and we cooked, relaxed and watched The Grinch.

Sunday I was up at the crack of dawn (like always these days) then we headed to church. After church was lunch and the gyn, the usual. I was on call so I had to head to the hospital to make rounds on all our patients then the rest of the day was spent decorating cookies with my niece, cooking homemade soup for dinner, and watching UNC basketball!

A busy but great weekend! I have a short work week this week because me, my mom and sisters are headed to The Umstead for some girl time and spa time and I.cannot.wait.

  5. Sounds like you had an amazing weekend! Loving that last pic of your bump, so cute! Don't you love how expensive everything Disney related is?! I mean, it's just frozen water with some flavoring, does it really need to be $30? Ha! Happy Monday girl! <3, Pamela Sequins & Sea Breezes
