I mentioned on my Insta story a few weeks ago that I finally met Emily in real life. We had lunch and it felt like we had been best friends for years! I could had chatted with her all day long. She is the sweetest mama of two precious boys [arranged marriage please?!]. That is the absolute best part about blogging. I have made so many friendships and I feel closer to some of my "blogging friends" than I do with friends I've known IRL for years.

I am on the hunt for a new camera. I have a huge Nikon that I just have not been able to figure out how to use. The pictures on auto are not great and I don't have time to learn how to shoot consistently in manual. I want easy to use that takes super clear pictures. Any recs?

Last but not least, it is finally my best friend's wedding weekend! We have been friends since we were 1 year old, crazy! Yesterday we all got manis and pedis, today we have the bridesmaid's luncheon, rehearsal, and rehearsal dinner and tomorrow is wedding day! I am so excited to celebrate Molly all weekend. She is the kindest person I know and deserves all the happiness in the world!

ReplyDeleteI have the Canon Rebel T6 & I love it. It's really easy to use - I use the basic settings & have been very happy with it. I've definitely considered a class to learn even more about it though!!

ReplyDeleteIf you're still looking for a camera, I have a sony mirrorless (A6) that I love. You might check those out. You can buy the body, and I recommend the 35mm lens (equivalent of a 50mm) to start with. It also comes with a lens, but I always find it better to start with the body and build out, depending on your budget. :) Let me know if you have any questions!
