Let me start off by saying HOW IS IT SEPTEMBER ALREADY? My absolute favorite time of year (Oct/Nov/Dec) is approaching and I could not be more ready!
Today I am super excited to link up with Amanda and Lindsay to share my favorite wines. My picks are actually both bottles of prosecco. My mom taught me that there is ALWAYS a reason to celebrate, therefore, champagne is a refrigerator staple. Whether celebrating a promotion at work, another week of PA school finished, an anniversary, or even the fact that the worst week ever is over, we are constantly "poppin' champagne" in our house ;) My fridge is always stocked with these 2 bottles of bubbly. For the price, these 2 cannot be beat. Both bottles are $14 and taste like high-end champagne.
Sometimes I add pomegranate liqueur or fresh strawberries and blueberries to "spice it up" but usually I drink it plain. Not too dry and not too sweet, these bottles of prosecco are perfection. Stop by your closest grocery store and snatch these up… you will not regret it!
What are your favorite wines or champagnes? I wanna hear!
I think I have one of these bottles in my fridge right now! :)
ReplyDeleteLink up your post with what's hap-pinning today, too!
I'm so glad you have La Marca and love it - I currently have it in my fridge but haven't tried it yet!! xo, Biana -BlovedBoston
ReplyDeleteI'm a huge fan of prosecco, these look delicious!
ReplyDeleteNot a fan of prosecco except in a punch I made once for a bridal shower. My daughter on the other hand, loves it and I have to have one chilled for her when she comes. She adds fruit to her glass too.
ReplyDeleteBoth of those proseccos are my go-tos! I usually have at least one of those bottles on hand at all times! :)

I agree with your mom's advice to always have a bottle of bubbly in the fridge, such an important staple! I actually just picked up a mini bottle of the Lamarca Prosecco, and can't wait to pop it open <3

I love everything about this post because those two brands are some of my FAVORITE proseccos! I totally agree that both taste much higher-end than their price tags.

ReplyDeleteBoth of those are so good. I LOVE prosecco and always have it in my fridge!! I sort of wish I had soem right now. It's 5 o'clock somewhere!! haha
ReplyDeleteI love your mom's advice! I've tried La Marca - so good! Now I need to try the other one. Thanks so much for linking up with us xo
ReplyDeleteI pick up champagne sometimes, but I don't know if I've ever bought a bottle of prosecco. I think I need to add it to the rotation!

anddd now i'm thirsty ;-) you are right, there is nothing like a crisp glass of champagne!
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh give me ALL the prosecco!!! Yum!!
ReplyDeleteUsually proseccos are too sweet for me - I like a Brut! Are these on the sweet side? If not I will need to give them a try - I always see the Lamarca around and the bottle is so pretty! I feel I'm getting old now, though, and the good stuff (Veuve/Moet) seems to hurt less the next day, ha!
ReplyDeleteYes! Always be prepared for a celebration!

ReplyDeleteYES girl - cheers to our favorite months coming up! I love, love bubbly vino that's not too sweet so these are great recommendations I'll have to remember.
ReplyDeleteLaMarca is my jam!!
ReplyDeleteLaMarca is such a staple in my fridge. It has a great neutral flavor to drink alone or mix with. Pomegranate liquor has me so interested! Thanks for linking up girlie!
