Our weekend was pretty low key filled with lots of trips to the new house taking loads of stuff. The cabinets in the kitchen and all bathrooms are currently being painted, half of the interior of the house has been painted, the carpet guys are coming Wednesday and the backsplash is being done Thursday. We plan to move in Saturday, fingers crossed!!
Since I don't have any fun weekend recap for you, I've put together a list of cute Easter basket stuffers. Vivi is getting multiple things on this list. I've always dreamed of holidays and making them special for my kids. Even though she is still too young to really understand, I look forward to these moments with her and explaining the real meaning behind Easter.
two piece rash guard swimsuit | caterpillar sprinkler | bubble wands | bath water coloring tablets | Dr. Brown's sippy cup (Vivi's favorite) | bath crayons | God Gave Us Easter book | hooded bunny towel | Easter craft stamps | sidewalk chalk eggs | suction bowls | babiator sunglasses | learning eggs | Native shoes | suction bath toy | beach toys | colorful eating utensils | stuffed flamingo
Do you fill Easter baskets for your kiddos? What is the Easter bunny bringing them this year?!
All such cute ideas! We love the “God Gave Us...” series in our house!
ReplyDeleteWe grew up with both Easter baskets(filled with fun goodies) and spent time in church(my mom was a choir director-so we spent all of Holy Week in church). I think there is definitely a line of what can be given at Easter, but your selection is perfect; it will all fit in a basket.
ReplyDeleteAnd seeing that you just started painting and can move this weekend, I think I'm going to rethink this whole DIY cabinet painting. I want to be done asap and not weeks later.
oh look at all these goodies! i loved easter baskets as a kid of course. and funny enough it was always when my mom would get us a new bathing suit for the season (living in the north you didnt need many ha). exciting to move in sat!

I am seriously so excited to be making an Easter basket for Tatum this year (and Stella, well the whole family so it's more "fun" for him) - Since they are too little for candy I think it's such fun to fill with little toys and treats!
ReplyDeleteThese are all great ideas! I feel like I'm so behind on Ella's Easter basket. Luckily she probably will never remember if it's a smaller basket this year than in years to come haha. Thanks for some good ideas though!
ReplyDeleteSo exciting y'all are so close to moving in!! Can't wait to see the house! You've got some great Easter basket ideas... I'm going to have to log those away for the coming years ;)
ReplyDeleteI hope the full move goes smoothly this coming weekend! I love what you're planning to adding into the easter basket - is it bad that I want markers LOL! xo, Biana -BlovedBoston
ReplyDeleteGreat ideas! I love all of these things. Several my boys have and several are going in their baskets this year.
ReplyDeleteThese are such fun ideas! Aww Vivi is going to have so much fun on Easter!
ReplyDeleteI'm so excited to put together a little Easter basket for Olivia too! Love all of these adorable ideas!
