Sip and See

Thursday, July 2, 2015

Last week my mom and I hosted a "sip and see" for my older sister. Since it was her second child, she didn't really want a baby shower because for the most part she already had everything she needed. So the new southern trend is a "sip and see", where you sip yummy drinks and see the new baby. We had about 50 family and friends over and it was just perfect!

The drink menu: champagne, chardonnay, rose, cranberry and orange juice for mimosas, lemonade, and water

The food menu: fruit tray, shrimp cocktail, cheese tray, roasted red pepper and feta phyllo cups, cake pops, mini ham biscuits

My family <3

My sweet best friend came to meet baby Jack

He got soooo spoiled!

My gorg sissy and precious niece who is in the "scrunched up face smile" stage

Brother and sissy matching… I mean have you ever seen cuter children? Nope.

She was over it at this point

Cake pops: here [she also did our groom's cake]
Flowers: here [she did my wedding flowers]
